It was well packed.. Came on time.. It's a cute mug ( if you like cats).. I bought this for my daughters birthday.

This was bought as a gift. Very cute and packaged well but you tell it would break easily.

I bought this as a gift for a fellow cat lover and it did not disappoint! The item looks just as cute as it does in the product photos and is really well made!The cat "tail" works great as a handle and feels secure. The double layer design also helps keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold longer, which is always appreciated. I really like how you get a different colour cat depending on what you're drinking - it's an adorable design feature!A nice little surprise is that it also comes with a hot drinks cover and a little cat figurine that slots into it - so you can have a mini-cat guard your tea while you're away from your desk! Would highly recommend if you love cats or know someone that does, it is sure to make them smile!

Ordered as a christmas present, arrived quickly, well packaged .Cute little mug, unfortunately it was dropped and shattered into pieces so I had to order another! It's not particularly robust and quite pricey but nice enough

I was relieved that this turned out not to be as fragile as some reviews suggest and it looks great. The tail/handle is properly fused to the main cup, both at the top and the bottom. It is glass, so it won't take rough handling but has survived so far. It's handwashing's only though, as I suspect a dishwasher may remove the detailing over time and you are quite likely to get water drawn into the cavity due to the heat fluctuations in a dishwasher cycle.

Very well packed and not to bulky as some double walled cups are recipient happy
