It gets a little damp and is a little hard to get it out. I plan on purchasing the fine grain because the product is great tasting and rice can be added to control the dampness.

Do watch Dr. Barbara O'Neill's video(s) on YouTube to learn how to drink water properly for maximum hydration - drink 4 ounces of water at a time with a grain of salt in your mouth.
