Dont judge a book from its cover
Quality is really good, looks prestige.However it has some problems, after 2month of use hot water is not working.Then we return and got another one, the new one: door is not closing well. So we returned it.I would recommend if it didn’t have these issues.

I'm not sure if this is a manufacturer defect on this model or just an issue with the item delivered to me. The bottom compartment is small, and the door won't close when a water bottle is placed inside. The strange part is that the door closes when the bottle is empty but won't close when the bottle is full of water. I tried hard to make it fit but had no success.could not run to check the functions.

Good dispenser
Unlike the all reviews, i insisted to buy this although almost reviews are bad. However, this dispenser has good look, shape, design, and material.Cooling is good, water taste is normal, no plastic taste.. sound is like any normal dispenser.

Beautiful but bottom door doesn’t close
I just got it today and again like many people say the bottom is not closing with the water bottle inside. So while this looks really beautiful and I am still waiting to use it. I’m surprised by the door. I think I will have to return it
