Worked Perfectly in Scotland, Ireland & N.Ireland
Happy to report this SIM card worked perfectly. My needs were simple, I needed Google Maps to find my way around, the occasional Social Media posts & data phone calls to the U.S. via apps such as WhatsApp, FB Messenger or Instagram to call family (this SIM is apparently data only, but never tested it for calls otherwise) & it delivered on all counts. Simple actions to get started:-Turned off my phone upon takeoff.-Installed the SIM Card while on flight overseas.-Turned on my phone upon landing in Scotland.-Turned on "Roaming" (my android phone even prompted me to do so).-BOOM...connected and working perfectly.Occasionally, the signal would get spotty in some of the rural areas while on tour bus excursions, but it was hardly a showstopper. Despite heavy use, I only burned through 6.5GB of my 10GB limit (I was in the UK for 2 full weeks). Though I did use Wi-Fi when in my hotels.I recommend this product & will keep this near my passport & order again.

Didn't work, no phone number provided, SIM2Direct no help.
Set up to work upon arrival in Germany, but no access phone number provided, consequently no data.SIM2Roam no help at all since product bought via Amazon and not from their site.SIMS-Direct has worked fine in the past, and will stick with them in the future. Tried to get off cheap, and obviously got what I paid for. Would have got a refund for a poor product, but waited too long and the return window closed. Lesson learned.

Worked fine for data in Ireland, France and Netherlands
First, to use this you need an unlocked phone. Make sure your phone is unlocked before you buy it or travel. If you don't know if your phone is unlocked, call your carrier before you leave on your trip and ask them. If you are making monthly payments on your phone, it's probably not unlocked. If your phone is paid off or you paid full price, it is probably unlocked. Call your cell carrier and ask before you buy this SIM and before you leave on your trip. I think some of the negative reviews for this SIM kit are because the phone isn't unlocked.Second, this SIM kit worked great for us for all data - like Google Maps, and WhatsApp calls and sending photos via email - in Ireland, France and the Netherlands and it presumably works everywhere else they said that it does. We had good service - even in remote parts of Ireland. It is data-only, so you want to use apps for calls like Skype or WhatsApp or iMessage and Facetime Audio for calls. There is no texting. You do get an actual number but it can't send or receive texts and you can't make phone calls. The card is basically a white-box Orange Welcome Travelers SIM card. You can go to the travel.orange.com website and add more data, and you can also extend the service beyond 30 days but you have to register it by going to an orange store or by taking a photo of the passport and sending it in via their website. You can also see how much data you've used by registering the card at the travel.orange.com website.Make sure to bring and keep the whole big credit card thing with you on your trip if you think you might need to add more data. You need the number on the credit-card-like thing to add more data. Current prices to add more data depend on the length of activitity but you could add 3GB for 9 euros, or add 5GB more data for 16 euros. Some people have complained about technical issues - one thing is that Orange is one of the biggest carriers in Europe. They have stores in pretty much every city and town in nearly every country (maybe not some Eastern European countries). You can just go into any Orange store for help. This kit worked very well for us. I'll do it again on our next trip.

great SIM card
it's my first time to try buying SIM card. this SIM card was so EASY to use. just out it in and turn on the roaming and you're set. it's comes with the tool too so you don't have to worry about anything else. The only thing I'm complaining about is it's said 3gig and when I got it, the SIM card was only 2 gig. so I have to turn off your data if you have access to wifi. aside from that, I WILL DEFINITELY BUY THIS BRAND AGAIN

I will buy this card again!
I used this card already few times. In Germany, Austria, Tschech Republik and Poland. In all countries Zero issues and perfect connection. Sometimes 4G but mostly 5G. I can recommend it, and I will buy this SIM card again.

Worked for me without any issue
Recently, I purchased this SIM2ROAM Europe Data SIM Card Prepaid 10GB - 30days. I was going on a two weeks Euro trip and purchased this to use in London, Italy, Greece and Aegean islands cruise. I changed out my sim card for this sim before landing in London. Turned it on once we landed and voilà! it worked. As other reviewer had mentioned, you need to put your phone on 'ROAMING'. If it does not work the first time, put it in roaming restart the phone and give about 5 minute for it connect.During the cruise, it worked perfectly when we were near the islands. Only in the night, when the cruise was sailing between island the signal was patchy. Who cares, I want my good night sleep! I am not checking my phone anyway.I was surprised that it worked on the cruise (near the cruise) when we were docked in Cesme port turkey as well. Of course, it did not work when we went deeper into the country for our one-day excursion. I just stayed closer to our group.

Europe Sim card
I will not buy this Sim card again, as it did not work. The ad stated that it was valid for a year, so I purchased it a few months ago to have it for my holiday in Europe.Once installed in my phone it did not work. I called for assistance and Amazon refused to refund or assist me with this. They said it was past the refund time and I told them I could not possible know it was not working before July, as my trip was in November and the Sim card expires in 30 days once it is put in the phone. Long story short, I am now without an internet service Sim and no assistant offered. Poor service and bad product. I will not buy this again.

It worked in UK and Greece
I wasn't sure if this would work, but since the price was good, we bought a few for our recent Europe trip. It worked, but please make sure you turn on roaming.
