Bought it instead of monthly Berryman's B12 because it was $6
UPDATE: For current best price, I have switched to Lucas Oil 10013 Fuel Treatment - 1 Gallon.END UPDATE.Really liked that the cap removed easily, and that the neck fits well in my narrow unleaded fuel nozzle. Now that the price is $12, I will go back to Berryman B12 at $4.01 until this is back to $6. If it does not go down in the next few months, cancel subscription.I like K & N and the fact they started in my neighborhood in a house converted to business building on North main st. Never really bought into the oiled filters for motorcycles as they get too compacted to fully clean and then don't have as much flow as easy to clean small cell oiled foam. Further concerned reading reviews on their Home AC filters restricting flow so much they damage systems, causing thousands in wasted expenses. That said, I am not certain of any treatment being really useful, just was impressed by VGG dumping a couple of cans of B12 into a POS rust bucket and driving 500 or more miles home. That alone is my purchasing impetus, and why I lean toward B12 as something that possibly helps.

Great additive, would recommend!
If you’re wanting the quick review: Great Additive, Does work, Makes a difference, It’s only 7 dollars, Perhaps it’ll even make you go vroom vroom faster. If you’re wanting the long review:I would take a star off due to the incorrect delivery date being given, but it was through Amazon so it doesn’t really matter as it’s a big company, but overall, the additive is great. I waited until I was approximately 1-2 gallons in my tank, close to E. I put it into my tank with another additive and I feel as if I cannot mention it as it will seem like advertisement. So I put the whole bottle in before I filled my tank up to about a quarter with 93 from shell since they add detergents to their fuels(Exxon does the same) to try and clean up the fuel system better (In my theory. I’m not an expert nor advising you what to do, I’m just explaining how I used it!) from word, it’s better when you are taking a decent trip 20-30 mins/ miles on a highway with less frequent stopping. Immediately after adding the K&N and letting it kick in I could notice a difference. My ride was smooth and had more responsiveness to it as advertised on the bottle. It was a fun drive to say the least as I have a stock challenger(sxt, (R/T and SRT’s don’t hate on me it’s paid off, I’m young, cheap on the insurance as it’s in my name )).In conclusion, if you’re noticing sluggishness and decreased performance on your car, no matter the make, model, it is a great start to spend 3-10 dollars instead of going to the dealership and forking over much more than you’d like and even then, if it didn’t fix the problem, you’ll have a cleaner system after they fix the issue so at least it isn’t a total loss.

Would or will buy again!
I have a 2015 Honda Odyssey with 223000 miles. Been keeping her alive. She seems to have had sluggish acceleration issues as of late. I’ve never had the fuel injection cleaned. I’m a big lover of K&N products as I have engine and cabin air filters that work great. I saw this product being used on a YouTube video and thought I would give it a try. I went ahead and changed my oil as it was due anyways. Put first bottle of cleaner with full tank of gas. About 2 tanks of gas later my vehicle suggested I change to oil. I waited about 2500 miles later and not feeling any difference until I changed the oil. I also used a second bottle of cleaner after the oil change and I can tell a big difference in acceleration. It is so much better. We have a second car with about 135000 miles but acceleration is fine so we will see. I would definitely recommend this product.

This really works !
First I bought two bottles, one for my wife's car and one for my SUV.She drives Mercedes S Class, 2020 with 65,000 miles on it. I put one bottle in her car and I forgot about it.Two days later she calls me and asked me what I did to her car ?? Even she noticed the difference. When she came home I took her car for a spin and the difference in driving was big. The engine was much peppier and smoother working. Then I read what was written on the bottle and it said "For best result use two bottles". So I used second bottle on her car and ordered me two bottles for my Chevy Tahoe. My Tahoe is 2015 with 95,000 miles on it. Bottles arrived and already after first tank I could see the huge difference in the engine performance. The difference is like something was clogged in the engine before and now this engine is like new and it has much better pick up.I have no idea what this thing does, but let me tell you, if my wife can spot the difference on her engine before and after the treatment, rest assured that this thing works. Not only does it work, but the difference is so great that anyone could feel it. Go for it and make sure you buy two bottles for two tank treatments. From now on I will be using this once per year in every vehicle that I have.

Effective Fuel System Cleaner, but Performance Doesn't Last Long
The K&N Performance+ Fuel System Cleaner does a decent job of enhancing vehicle performance initially. After using it, I noticed an improvement in acceleration and engine responsiveness, but unfortunately, the effects didn't last long. The 16-ounce bottle provides enough product for several applications, and it's straightforward to use—just add it to your fuel tank. While it works well at first, the short-lived results might be a drawback for some. Overall, it’s an effective product worth considering if you're looking for a temporary boost in performance.
