I bought this for my 8 year old daughter who is very crafty and patient. I hoped it was good quality and fitted together nicely and it does!Instructions were tricky in parts but she asked me to clarify. She carefully pushed out the pieces and we had decent craft glue and tweezers (although her tiny fingers were fine for the small pieces). She snapped a small part early on but glued it together - too heavy handed when getting the wooden piece out. Some bits were stiff to push in. But a patient child with an adult at hand can put this together and it looks great.The only really confusing bit is attaching the light - the instruction as to where to put the switch is confusing.

Just received the eternal book store and the magical pharmacist so haven't built them yet. Opened to make sure all pieces were there and they are. Looks really good quality with clear instructions. Can't wait to build them.I'll update once built!UPDATEEternal bookstore - Found this a great build for my first one. There is a lot of books to make in this and they did take me a few hours just for them. The rest of the build was great. I took my time as I'm a perfectionist so had to have the furniture etc match up properly. Looks even better in person. Instructions were clear to read and follow. I used mainly gorilla silicone glue and tacky glue for this. Silicone was great to sticking things quickly but also allowing flexibility with the wood pieces if needing adjustment before fully drying. Tacky glue was also great for sticking paper pieces and small wood pieces.Had a lot of books left over that I didn't need to add. Securing the wires for lighting was quite easy aswell.Magical pharmacist - This was slightly harder and a lot more detail. Some of the parts were quite small like the beads which were quite fiddly. This kit had a lot of stickers which made it easier although some that were stickers would have been easier as just paper like for the inside of the mini bottles. Wiring was also harder in this. By the time I reached the end I had to rejig some of the earlier wiring to make sure it could all reach the battery box but also stay in place where I'd taped it. The hardest thing I found was building the cauldron. The instructions didn't indicate you needed glue for this until after it had been pieced together, however trying to piece it together to the top and bottom parts while connecting new pieces was near impossible so definitely use glue as you go. This one is also more aesthetically pleasing on a shelf.

The media could not be loaded. Lovely finished product. Tool me about 3 hours. You need glue and some tweezers really.There were extra pieces which I didn't know what to do with them and I got a bit confused if I missed something but overall it's a great way to spend some time.Instructions are not too bad. Size is perfect but very small hence the tweezers.

I bought this just to see what these models were like. I usually buy ‘plain’ wood models and this one came pre-painted. The resulting model looks very good and the painting gives it a lot of character. The resulting model looks was a lot better than I was expecting.The build was pretty straightforward. The wood is thick which gives a sturdy model and the delicate parts pushed out quite easily. This helps greatly as there is less chance of breaking parts while getting them off the board. There are a couple of fiddly jobs, making the two open books being particularly irritating.I had to improvise when installing the touch light switch. Positioned where the instructions say, the switch was impossible to get to. I’ve positioned mine on the back of the model. It’s the only part of the instructions that I could not get my head round.Overall, a very pleasing result.

Great kit loaded with details. Take your time as there are a few bits that require a soft hand and some patience. This is the second one of these I have bought in this range and they are both beautiful. All you really need is time, a wee craft knife and a little glue.

Excellent wee book nook. Great fun to build. Although rated as an easy build it does require concentration. Some glue required which is not included in the kit so worth noting. Overall highly recommended

I really enjoyed making this kit, took my time and it kept me entertained for hours. Looks fantastic when completed and I am very pleased with the finished model. All the parts are well manufactured and fit together perfectly and the instructions were very good to follow. Will definitely buy another one of this companys other kits.
