Great jaw excercise, strong flavor
Great unsweetened natural resin gum for jaw exercise. In my opinion much it is easier and better than Chios Mastic gum because it’s easier to start, not as hard to chew, less sticky, not as harsh on the inside of the mouth , and less expensive. It can be reused multiple times and doesn’t melt into a hard disc and stick to things after you take it out like Chios gumdoes. It does have a strong tree flavor that doesn’t go away even after hours of chewing. It’s not a problem for me, but it might be for some people. It’s also a good idea to stop chewing it at least a half an hour before eating because it can make food and drink taste different.

Pine tree breath
I mean it is as described and it’s not disgusting or anything. It’s just not that fresh. It’s tolerable. Your breath just smells like you’ve been licking pine trees.

Nice alternative for chewing gum
Pretty good. for something that consists of entirely one ingredient, being tree resin it's a good alternative to normal chewing gum. The flavor is interesting and fresh and the texture is good. Overall if you are looking for something different to chew on after meals this is pretty decent.

Different Batches
My order list shows that I've ordered this gum more than 10 times in 2023. Having grown up in Siberia, I love and miss larch resin gum. My first orders were perfect - great taste and texture. But after a while, it started getting worse and worse with each new order. "Old gum" texture and taste (iykyk). At first, it was just here and there. But the last order I received pretty much all tasted old. I had a break of about 4 months and would like to give it a try again to see, if it tastes better this time.

Great, but very inconsistent
LEFT: Old batchRIGHT: Fresh batchNotice the difference in color as I’ve described below!Sadly I have to change my review of this product. The other day I received a “fresh batch,” and it was absolutely perfect (keep reading for the “but”). The smell and taste of fresh pine, the texture, everything about it. Not a single bad piece in the fresh pack. Then the next few packs come in, and they’re the same old batches I’m used to. Dark brown ring around light brown center (this is how you can tell they’re not fresh). They don’t smell like or taste pine. They taste like… nothing. Even worse, in the old batches there are pieces that taste like a wet doormat. The wet doormat ones have to be spit them out immediately and will make your breath smell terrible. We’re talking a 95%+ reduction in quality here.If they sold only the fresh batches I’d buy 100 packs at once, and I’m not exaggerating. But the old ones are not good. If you order, you’re playing roulette. If the people who sell this product decide to ship fresh batches, I will gladly change this review to a 5/5 and order 100 packs.

It’s so good!
Ok, This gum is awesome. No sugar, great long lasting piney flavor, I’m really into it. I tried a resin gum before and it melted sticky stuff all over my teeth. Not this stuff, it holds shape and is good for my teeth.

tastes like it will kill you, but doesn't
Yes, it tastes like something your parents told you not to put in your mouth when you were little (turpentine? polyurethane? burning plastic?) and yes that flavor is faintly coniferous. If flavor is your gig, that's all you need to know (for reference, my son, who is an adventurous eater with a not terribly discerning palate, couldn't stand to keep it in his mouth; my husband, also an adventurous eater who is also usually acutely sensitive to any hint of chemical smells or flavors, said "it's kind of good"; I - also an adventurous eater - hated the flavor but gamely chewed it for about 10 minutes till I gave up; the flavor did not dissipate in that amount of time). If you don't care how it tastes but somehow believe that it will be good for you, then run out and buy a bunch! The texture is wonderful, and although it does occasionally stick to your teeth (especially if you have a slightly uneven filling that you'd never noticed before), the flavor is long-lasting and definitely won't kill you, as three of us are living proof!

Natural and healthy!
This product is not for everyone, but I really like it! You need to know how to use resin and then you will get the most benefit! It is a natural product. You must hold it in your mouth before chewing and do not expect it to be sticky, like regular gum.
