Q: Looking for a sports bra that can provide enough support for holding up my girls without causing my back to hurt from wearing it all day.

I would say yes! They also have adjustable straps which makes these sports bras more supportive. The straps are not overly wide or thick but still let you adjust at will without them cutting into your shoulders.

Q: The bra pad is injected mold, removable pad, or both?

It is NOT MOLDED - Stretchy material. It has Pads ( nipple covers) you can remove.

Q: Does this bra offer enough compression to hold my breast down while doing jumps and running?

I am 34DD/E and it is definitely not enough support for running or jumping unless I wear a tight compression top over it.
