Great idea, this is so much better than getting cream all over your hands. Just roll it on and that's it. No mess. Works well , definitely feel the heat on back with this. Does help the pain. Would buy again.

I learned quickly to use this mess free roll on therapy sparingly! I usually wear heat pads so I thought this would be a handy alternative so I rolled it over my lower back area rather heavy handed. Shortly after application I thought I was lying on hot lava! After persevering with the intense heat, the results were really good. It’s neat enough to carry around, a little goes a long way, easy to apply and is a very affordable resolve. It works I would buy it again as it’s a great, effective product. I would buy again. Dispatch was fast, packing great and does what it says. I got some relief from my lower back pain for a while. The key word here is sparingly.

My Dad has run a football club since before I was born and the scent of Deep Heat can trigger some of my earliest memories. Pungent, eye-watering and somehow masculine, it's iconic.I suffer with fibromyalgia and tubes of Deep Heat offered much relief but working in a customer facing department, the smell does not make for a good first impression. I thought I would give this roller ball a try and was delighted.The lotion inside is runnier than the thick unguent of metal tubes past, but is just as potent. Running the rollerball once over an affected area and either allowing to airdry or massage in, the lotion begins its work, taking time to warm up, but penetrating deep into painful muscles. If you find that this doesn't work quite as well, apply heat (with a heating pad or hot water bottle) to increase its strength without adding any more lotion.The smell has also been watered down, allowing my to spritz on a small amount of perfume to cover any obvious lingering scent and get on with my day.And the main selling point is the rollerball itself, allowing you to precisely place the lotion where it needs to go to have the greatest effect. I have, many times, while in incredible pain, squeezed out too much of many creams and been faced with slathering areas that do not need it or discarding expensive lotions straight into the bin. Not with this rollerball, it applies the precise amount needed and also allows you to apply in those hard to reach areas, without asking for assistance.

This did help with my knee pain, but it took a good half hour before I felt the warming sensation. Whereas, with the Deep Freeze roll on, you can feel the cool sensation immediately.

It's about size of deodorant roll on I guess. The roll on is nice but wish the ball was less chilly. I rolled it on my hip before I moved it to my back to warm up slightly. I usually have no issue with the cream stuff, i hardly feel the heat unlike my mum who needs to mix it with body lotion to use. (I'm tough). I rolled this on my arm to test it and thought its weak so I proceeded to test roll it on tummy, hip, back and on my hands to test out smell. After minute or two no heat so thought better give my amazon review. This stuff takes about 5 mins to heat, at this very moment I'm sitting in bed feeling like the left side of me is resting on a boiling hot water bottle. some seems to have got on a bosom 😨. This stuff is very hot so don't rub it all over like i did. Plus side is..... I can't feel my backpain through the heat..so In my mind it works. The smell is much nicer than normal deep heat I could easily use this at work or wherever and no one would know i am using it. Roll on is very handy and I won't struggle with squeezing tiny bits out of a tube again! Btw...it's still feeling very hot. The smell needs one slight improvement, it needs just one more fragrance to blend the vanilla and rosemary. Every now and again I get a memory of Sunday dinner...roast potatoes in rosemary and afters of custard. Im Sure that memory will disappear when I get used to it. In fact a spray of perfume should sort that out.Just thinking it was lucky I didn't roll this on my face to test heat.
