Lovely soft eyeliner, easy to apply, stays all day without smudging. Looks good on, with thin line or thicker. Easy to remove with liquid eye makeup remover. Recommend

I ordered two of these eyeliner pens as I had already bought one from chemist and really liked it. However, buying online was less smooth - I wanted to buy a black one and a grey one; when selecting the colours on screen - what came up in the 'basket' for the 'Grey' colour actually said Brown. I thought I'd made a mistake so went back to the order page and reselected the products I wanted. Again once I looked at the products actually 'in the basket' one pen was identified as being Brown. I really liked this eyeliner so decided to risk it and hop it was just a website glitch. The two different colours arrived separately and with quite a gap in arrival. The Black pen looks just like the one I already had - all the same markings, etc. Eventually the other pen arrived, but the pen casing looks different. It does, however, function much the same. Except it doesn't show what colour it's supposed to be AND there not much differential in the line colour between the two. One 'may' be a little blacker - hard to tell. So I'm not sure I've got the real, authentic, 'Grey' liner I wanted - so although product seems generally good, not sure I'd buy again from this seller.

Definitely the best of these fibre tipped type eyeliners I've used. Rather than dipping the tip into liquid, the eyeliner liquid is supplied to the tip like ink to a pen. What this means is that the tip is not saturated for the first month getting progressively drier subsequent months.You can get a super fine line which is what I like but I would say it's more difficult to control for a thicker line. I would describe the colour as a fairly well pigmented charcoal grey.It isn't waterproof but it does last all day and can even survive a few tears although probably not a flood.After the performance of this product the best thing is the price; I used Lancome for years but it wasn't as good and was more than 3x the price. I won't be going back.

Oh dear, what a mess! Before I even start.For some reason there was an incredibly sticky label sealing the lid to the pen. When I say sticky I mean it required my hubby to scrape it off with something sharp & then it left disgusting sticky mess all over the pen itself, which honestly, would put me off using it. He eventually managed to get it off with WD40. What a phaff! C’Mon L’Oreal you can do better than this surely?!

It’s stays in place, has a fine but controllable nib, easy to do your top eyeliner and fully waterproof

The item was not sealed. Upon the second application the eyeliner appeared to be dry! There is no replacement or refund option available. Not satisfied!
