Worked Fine on a Cat 5 100 Mbit Network
I have used these to extend Cat 5 with Power over Ethernet on a 100 M bit network.The switch does not report any port errors on the 100m plus extended runs.Bottom line is that, in at least my circumstances, if you have to move a bit of kit and your run isn't long enough you can save a ton of effort and cost in pulling new cable.I will always be keeping a few of these by me from now on.Well made little enclosures. Moulding fits together well. Sockets are not loose. Not any bigger than they need to be.Nice job.

Having said that they work fine and are good value
The connectors do the job, though some won't 'click' and lock the cable in place which leaves it vulnerable to potentially falling out. Having said that they work fine and are good value.

These work perfectly and appear well made
I needed some CAT5e couplers and these were perfect for the job. They are a little chunkier than the cheap cream/beige ones out there but they feel much more robust and have proper metal framed RJ45 ports on them, opposed to moulded plastic ones. I've only tried running gigabit through them but apparently these support 10 gigabit over CAT6.

Feels expensive/good compared to others I have and works great for extending ethernet cables. Size is a little on the big side but wasn't an issue for me since it's out of view.Overall works great and had no issues with it.

Well built ,good quality.They work perfectly with no apparent loss. Extremely useful when that cable is just a little short. I will always keep a couple in my toolbox.

Saved buying expensive longer cables
I have a mass of 3 and 4 metre cables but needs some longer lengths to rearrange some devices and furniture. These enabled me to use my many space shorter cables to create extended runs without the expense of buying longer cables. Two have bene running for over a month with no issue or speed loss due to poor connections. Very happy and will deploy the rest soon.
