Effective as advertised

I have been taking this ashwagandha for several months now. Intially, I was very pleased with how I felt and how much stronger I got while taking it. I went from doing 70-80 knuckle pushups to doing 110-120. I was so enthusiastic, I increased my daily intake to about 4,000 mg. However, what I then noticed was a complete loss of libifo. Its as if I have zero interest in sex and have been unable to function for several weeks now. I went on the web and found there are other people who have experienced the same problem after taking KSM-66 Ashwagandha. I have refuced the daily intake to anout 750 mg and still have no libido. I’m wondering how much more I have to reduced the intake to restore things to normal and how long it takes I started taking maca to hopefully improve the situation, but so far, no change.

Bought this for my daughter.. she was struggling to adjust to the new school. It helped calm her and reduce the feeling of being anxious. I did not give to her in consecutive months but staggered it so as not to be habit forming. She doesn’t take it on a daily basis because I really don’t want dependency on the product. It still helped her though.

I'm 37 and thankfully I've never suffered from anxiety. Lately, I had been having difficulty staying asleep through the night. During the day I wasn't feeling fully awake and I had brain fog. Coffee was my only savior. I was looking for a supplement to assist with my challenges. This is my review after a week of using this product.My quality of sleep has greatly improved. I feel well rested when I wake up. That alone would've been enough for a 5 Star review from me.But the bonus of using Pattern Ashwagandha is the increased blood flow. I'm feeling like an 18 year old, if you catch my drift. I'm ready to go at any time of day from the moment I wake up. I was doing fine in that department before starting this supplement, but I'm not mad at these results at all. Got me feeling myself.I've been taking one pill in the morning after breakfast and another after dinner. I haven't experienced any side effects and plan to update my review if necessary.Look at other reviews and make your own decision. This was not a paid review.
