These pills were brought for my 89 year old mom, these are not sleeping pills , more like a herbal medicine, they will probably not work for everyone , but my mom says that they do help her to drift off to sleep, they were excellent value at half the price in the shops, and they arrived very early

I usually turn to Sominex if I'm over tired? Just 1/2 a Sominex knocks me out lovely! 😂 But wanted to try a Natural option. If I take 2? They work somewhat. We are all different. Try them.

Tried these a few times elsewhere and they worked was out in about 40 minutes. But these ones crap no even a yawn or a blink of an eye double pack 2 it's no valerian that's in them.al get them tested when I go back up 2 glasgow but waste of money.am not working so bit of a loss of money 4 me especially when there duds.
