I have bought several sets of the Argon range, bowls, plates and side plates, they never disappoint. Strongly made, dishwasher proof, they keep their bright polished look for ages.

Update.....Nearly two years on and not a single plate has a chip, a scratch and even with the harsh handling of my daughter, not a single one broken.At just over £1.50 per plate these plates are good value. The quality is good but not exceptional. They should last quite sometime and the colour is a good white colour, that can match most of my other dishes. I will recommend these plates as one would normally expect something a bit poorer on the quality side when the price is considered. I have seen much smaller side plates selling for a much higher price and apart from size they won't match the quality. These plates are the same size as the ones they are replacing so they can fit a large sandwich on them, without any overhang. I only needed six of these but ordered 12 and I will not be keeping them all as I give some of them to my daughter, even though I have a feeling they won't last a week for her. If she still has them by the end of Christmas I will edit this review as the quality will then have far exceeded my expectations as she's an expert at breaking plates and glasses. Buy these, you won't be disappointed.

Fine for a sandwich but too small to use as a small dinner plate.
