Sturdy, comfortable, great value. Arrived with no damage from shipping. All parts in the box. All holes lined up, easy to put together. One chair had a tiny scratch that I can fix with a furniture crayon. One had a pre-staining small gouge in the wood, not in the best spot, but for this price, I’m fine with it. And they are really good-looking.

We bought six of these and the bench. They were reasonably easy to assemble and none of them were damaged in shipping. It was important to follow the instructions to not tighten all the bolts until the chair was assembled. Then I would tighten the screws a little, have my wife sit on the chair and then I would tighten them up. Had to re-loosen and retighten a few a couple times to get the adjustment right. We were able to keep them all really level that way. The only issue we had with leveling was the bench - couldn't quite get that one leveled - not enough adjustment. But, we'll live with it - if you sit on it, you can't feel the unevenness. We did have our floor leveled before our flooring was installed so we do have a nice even floor for the chairs to sit on. They are heavy and seem decently built. I'm guessing a veneer over solid wood so not heirloom quality, but for the money, should last a long time since we don't have little children around, just my wife and I.

Very sturdy chairs and extremely easy to put together. The color of wood,in the picture matches. Cushions are a little firm, but with use I’m sure they will soften a bit. Definitely recommend.!

I bought this item, which happens to be the perfect color and perfect fit. I’m trying to get a replacement part do to one of the backs of the chair was damaged. Apparently there is no customer service for Amazon, I sent in a request for replacement, I received an email back for refund and return. I am not requesting a refund and will not be taking apart the chair I already put together. Can I please receive a replacement back of the chair do to the damaged back of the chair that I received!

The chairs are stylish and sturdy. The stain is very nice. The seat is a bit hard but will soften with wear. It arrived with the screws loose in the box, but we found all of them and the chairs went together easily. I would purchase again.
