I painted my patio to give it a brighter look. I applied the water seal, and am so happy. It has rained off and on for 10 hours and no peeling. The rain water is beading as stated and is running off the patio.It was very easy to apply with a brush. After 5 hours it seemed tacky in places, but I feel there is nothing to be concerned about.I did not use a lot of product, even after applying second coat.I decided to paint my large rocks and seal them also.Delivery was appalling and no fault of Amazon. The delivery driver said he left my package in my safe place... hmm 🤔, I have not specified on my account that I have a "safe place". I found my package on some bins at the edge of the road 😠.

I researched and found this to be exactly what I wanted. I live in a 1st floor flat with outside concrete stairs to my south facing yard. I chose a warm but cloudy day and painted away, easy to use, no smell, was dry in 2 hours, no colour change, no sheen, you wouldn't know what I did. Until it rained.......the rain just bounced off, just fantastic stuff. I did forget to do the 2nd coat, so I will do it. And the brush I used was easy to wash, didn't got brittle or anything, so I saved a brush as well. Small things please me!

This actually works really well and water beads where it has been applied.

The application is easy to administer but has a horrific poignant pong which almost made my painter and Decorator gag and throw up. Time will tell on the effectiveness of the product.

Easy to apply. I used a brush and it went on easily enough. Used two coats and it was dry was dry within two hours. Good value seems to repell water well.
