Works great

Easy setup nice picture and cheap cloud service.

I bought two since they looked like a good value for the price. They both worked as simple cameras but neither one would detect motion, send notifications, or record video. When I contacted D-Link customer support they said this model camera was no longer supported and these funtions would not work. I returned both to Amazon since they did not fuction as advertised.

Just as good as brand new works great

I've used this brand camera(s) before( an earlier model). They worked great. Very good picture quality, along with great audio pick up. The feature I like most was the ability to pan the camera to the area I wanted to focus on. Set up was easy. Access to recordings was easy. Sensitivity settings was quite an additional asset.After purchasing 2 of these, I spent more time than I want to admit to try to set them up to record. Never worked. Only after a long conversation with tech support did I find out the the became 'unsupported' 02.01.2023. Which means they will not record. Not acceptable for me.If you want a good camera that has great daytime picture quality, great audio quality, two way voice (slightly delay), and the ability to pan to the area you want to focus on, without the ability to record, then these are for you.

Very good unit and worked well, just the hiccup about needing to be factory reset before setup would complete.

I have many of the classic Gen 1 Cams and they work great. This is a Gen 2 Cam (product model ends in LH) and I found out that they no longer have a URL (web page) where you can go into the cam and configure it. This product is useless for my application because of that. Returning it. Too bad.
