Love the size and weight of these for the price. The design variety is great as well. My husband has used these on my back, shoulder, legs, and behind. They works amazing for pain relief and getting those knots out. These tools are durable and will last forever if taken care of properly. A lot of the pain I suffer from is do to sitting for long periods of time and causing poor circulation. This has helped in getting all the fluids moving and has truly helped to reduce the pain.

Try each tool to see which one is the easiest one to use for the area. Use lotion and do short sessions. Did feet and calves and saw improvement the next day each time.

I received my set today and tried it out right away. I am very skeptical about any “new” treatments, as I had quite a few unsuccessful in the past.
