I've been using Mophie power banks since 2012 and to me they are quality products. This was purchased as a gift for someone, and they said that it's been a wonderful gift!

just about the same size as my phone - galaxy s23. i liek this because it is less heavy than the larger version and so i can fit it in my pocket or bag and not take up too much space. i would recommend this!

Had it for a while and it’s great

I bought this unit over a week ago and it is the second Mophie we've owned. We decided on the Mophie brand because the last one worked for over 11 years!This Mophie Power Bank XL is slightly larger and heavier then some competitors but is easily stored in any backpack or small bag. It also packs a punch! As advertised, it does provide 50% charge in about 30 minutes. I fully charged the power bank just once and I have gotten multiple devices (iPhone & tablets) charged and the bank is still around 50% capacity. This includes fully charging my iPhone 3 times when it was under 30%.I also had no problem charging two tablets (both about 85%) and my iPhone (about 70%) simultaneously with no issues. All three were fully charged in under an hour.The only thing I would recommend, and it should be explained in the instructions, is the initial charge for the power bank may take a few days. Apparently it has a safety feature where all 4 lights will blink until it hits a certain level. In smaller wall adapters (5w-10w) this will take a lllllloooooonnnnggggg time (days)before first use. I would recommend buying a good 20w adapter to charge the powebank. This seemed to solve the problem for me.Despite the challenges with initial charge & the size, it is a great value and should provide more than enough back up for anyone.

Great product! Esp the 27k.The pros:- the long charge life- great for laptops- long lasting after multiple usesThe cons:- will overheat sometimes- doesn’t accurately display battery life, sometimes it’ll be on 1 red light for hours

Use the power pack to charge my music iPad and foot pedal during rehearsal followed by a 2 hour concert. It has 3 charging ports so I can charge both devices at the same time. Is portable and fits fine into my flute bag. Would recommend.

Was sent item (used) with a micro USB cable. Wrong description of item I should have been sent a replacement.Won't charge no matter how many different cables and outlets are used. Was able to use five different times out of sheer luck it would charge up.Update: looks like it needs a 2 amp charger block or higher to charge.
