I’ve had the Magic Scent diffuser for 11mo now and it’s working like a charm. I LOVE this machine. I live in pre-WW2 bldg in NYC and I do not have an HVAC system, so the unit is free standing. The machine covers my 2bdr 1100sqft apt effortlessly!!! There is a small amount of leakage, but it’s within the unit and very minimal. The sound is pretty quiet. My refrigerator is louder than the Magic Scent diffuser. I have a dog and this device completely eliminates dog odor. Coming home to a wonderful smelling home is amazing. I highly recommend this device and company. You won’t be disappointed!!

We recently moved into a new home and unfortunately it had some unpleasant smells, we quickly looked for a diffuser and settled on this. So glad we did, it’s already made a massive difference. We haven’t hooked it up to the HVAC, just had it in the upstairs living room and we smell it through most of our home. It’s not too large and barely notice the noise at all. I think for the price it’s a nice quality diffuser.

Worked at first. Then lots of issues. First the bottles leaked all over the place. A rubber seal starts to breakdown and spews a black sticky substance all over the place. This ruined part of our wood floor which had to be restained and had to repaint a wall. This happened anbout 6 months in to having the unit. Unfortunately we had two units and it happened in two places of the house. We reached out and was told it’s an expected complication and they sent new rubber seals and new bottles. Obviously the same thing is going to happen so it’s stupid to even try it again. Although there is a “lifetime warranty” there actually isn’t. They’ll just try to replace parts. I want my hard earned money back on both units.

The Magic Scent Diffuser exceeded my expectations. I purchased this item based on a TikTok review and couldn’t be more pleased. I really like the scent, Santal that was included with my order. My home smells like an upscale hotel and I’ve received many compliments in the past week.

Highly recommend to use with HVAC system.

I have a medium size one story home, and this scent diffuser brings amazing scent through out my whole home. There is an option to hook it up to you central air unit, but I use it as a stand alone so I always have easy access to it. I set the timer for the day and it does its thing through out. My only issue is trying to figure out the settings, little challenging. So I usually end up unplugging it when I think the scent has gotten too strong. But it is great quality, and blends in the background of the home.
