Build the Life You Want: The Art and Science of Getting Happier

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. It's simple yet effective. From the perspective of managing myself and my immediate pillars that revolve around me, I think this book has some great lessons. Loved the teaching bit in the end. I recommend this to everyone struggling with handling their emotions.

This is a good book that teaches or refreshes the knowledge of dealing with four pillars - family, friends, work and faith. Lot of the advice is scientifically backed up.

It is full of motivation jargon and everybody knows Oprah she is boring so is this book.

Pages 69 to 101 are missing in the book, which i found later on reading it !!
