I would not buy this massager. I ordered this in October of 2024 and it is already not working properly.There is a sticker on this that says you can extend your one year warranty to 3 years by sending an email to service@mycupilo.com. When I tried to do this, the email address is not recognized. I also tried to go to the link on amazon for this company and it shows as not a safe website.

I am creating an arsenal of heated massagers, and this one is a pretty good tradeoff between lightweight/affordable and functional. It was super easy to understand the various settings, and I'm pretty impressed by how customizable it is without getting confusing or overwhelming. The kneading setting was definitely my favorite!I was able to set it up on a dining room chair no problem, and the elastic of the straps makes it seem like it would fit a variety of seat/chair sizes and configurations. There isn't a strap underneath, which might be nice, but could also annoy some people when it's not in use, so I understand why it's easier to just not have one.The material is super soft, I said "ooooooooh" out loud when I touched it. The massaging itself is pretty impressive for how thin the cushion is, and the high powered setting with all body kneading got me feeling pretty relaxed very quickly. If I had one slight critique, it's that the cushion itself is on the more narrow side, so my partner who is rather broad-shouldered may have a bit more trouble getting full coverage across his upper and lower back. More for me though! I'm pretty excited to have this on hand in our house, for us or for guests. Especially since it's so slim, I can just stick it under the coffee table and pull it out as a party trick. Booyah.

I really love this shiatsu massager. It was a nice massage for my back and shoulders, especially after a good workout or a long day after work. It was more of a medium massage vs deep tissue. I have a tender spot in my lower back so the massage would get the kink out. I gave it four stars because it only lasted a few months before it started getting jammed and then eventually stopped working. I’m on a hunt for a new one because it’s definitely worth having.

I am so happy I purchased this item. I have a bad back and have used a heat pad every evening watching tv and hand massager. But this item does it all! I had purchased a heavy duty massager and it was too harsh on my back so had to return it.But this one is very comfortable to sit on. You don't feel any wires or massage balls like some back massagers. I use a high heat and the lower back massage. It is very soft to touch. The massage isn't hard like the ones that have balls that rotate. When I use it during the day it fits me desk chair and has elastic bands that fit over the back and hold the back up. I use it every afternoon for 30 minutes on the heavy duty massage and high heat and have actually noticed my back feels better afterwards. It folds up easily and I can set it between couch and table if I am not using it. I would recommend this to anyone that has a back that bothers them at times.

Buy at your own risk. Hopefully, it will last longer than mine. I really wanted a replacement before I made any review but I was refused a replacement and granted a full refund of $43.19 to the incorrect payment method. The rep changed my refund amount to $34.55 when I asked to have my refund method changed. The product stopped working right at 2 months 2 days. It was a Christmas gift. No one needs a newly added restocking fee for a non working item just to correct my refund method. First they said the refund deficiency was from discounts. When I told them I didn't have any discounts then they said coupons which I didn't have either. Sounds like a possible theft 🤷🏾‍♀️ I don't know. I'm disappointed because much of the time I get really good service from the many great Amazon workers and sellers. Thank you to those terrific people 👏🏾

This back massage is great. The different levels of intensity fits everyone's needs. I had back surgery so the upper and lower back worked great for me. The heat on this pad gets very hot, which caused me to turn of the heat after 10 minutes. The Pros are that this back message addresses all parts of your body from the back of your thighs up to your neck with whatever intensity that you so desire. Another good feature is that you have three timer settings that range from 30 - 90 minutes. Most massagers only stay on for 30 minutes. Another good feature is the heat, which can get a little hotter than you would like at times. The Cons are that there is no temperature control for the heat, which gets extremely hot after 10 or more minutes of use. The other thing that is a minor issue with me is that there is not strap that locks in the bottom of the back message so that the seat stays in place. Though the top has a strap in and of its self it does not keep the entire back message in place, which is a minor issue considering that other great features that come with this back message. All in all, it does what it was designed to do, and you won't be disappointed with this purchase.
