Surprise
Very surprised at the quality of this flour, just as good as the top shelf brands for half the money, this is my go to bread flour now, bakes just as good as the expensive stuff.

I bake a lot of sourdough
I found this flour, just as good as the "famous name) brand, at near 1/2 the price. i will stick with this one. makes bread more affordable, and i can tell no difference. perhaps it is a name brand just repackaged, for less $$$
