I was looking for a ring to use between my in person Reformer classes. This is exactly what I was looking for. It has the exact tension and flexion needed - Not to mention that I love this really lively bright blue-green! It is very well made, and comes with its own storage bag. I use this in conjunction with Theraband. Although I am no longer dancing on stage, (Classically trained ballet, jazz, tap, and theatrical dance) I still give myself a full barre at home, as well as a floor Pilates workout. This will allow you to work, emphasizing core, upper, and lower body, when not on the Reformer. Regardless of your reason to exercise, Pro Body is who you want to look for, for exercise equipment, so well made and perfect. FIVE stars.

If you've used a different ring before, you'll notice this one is cheap feels poor quality, weak and somewhat unsafe to use. Find a different one.
