Very easy to install. The camera has a magnet that allows it to be mounted on metallic objects and a metal plate that easily mounts to walls. This allows the camera to be very easily moved when needed. That is awesome and I did not expect that. The video quality is good, as is the streaming rate. The app interface is well made with lots of advanced options. Videos can be stored in the cloud ( for a fee) or a micro SD for free. The battery has lasted three days now without recharge and is at 50 percent. Usb-c charging port allows for the addition of a solar charge panel. I highly recommend this camera, a great value.

I have another model of this camera which I also gave 5 stars for. The image is very good and the battery life is good depending on how often you check the image. This model instead of the ball camera snapping magnetically into the cup, the camera has a small screw hole and the the cup has a threaded arm to go into it. It works fine but I found it got slightly less of an angle. I preferred the older mount. I will up date with pics soon as I’m back at our camp where these are located.Edit: Updated review. I can verify that the picture quality and battery life are still very good. Almost a month and it’s at over 90% still. I added a pic of this cam on the bottom and the other camera above. Slightly different. Both magnetic. But this one has a small arm it screws on while the older one sits in the cup. This is the best angle you can get with either. You can’t get a full 90 degree angle with either but I found places to move it so that wouldn’t matter. Still very happy with these.

I have four kittens that I am constantly worried about. Especially when I am at work. So these little cameras, I’ve got put up around the area to watch them and make sure they’re safe. And just a spot check them during the day while at work. They were easy to set up and get connected to my Internet. There’s an app for the phone that you utilize to observe. There’s no subscription. However, you can get one and it gives you additional features of like a longer recording times and things like that. Only complaint I have is that the magnet is so small sometimes you can’t even see it on the camera itself. And it takes a little time to get it. Pride off. The first camera out of three had a big magnet. The other ones were smaller. But it works for what I use.

I’m really impressed with the AMTIFO wireless security cam. Setup was super easy—just follow the instructions in the app and you’re good to go. Installation was a breeze too, especially because of the magnetic base, which is honestly my favorite feature. I didn’t have to drill into any walls or ceilings, which is a huge plus if you’re renting or just don’t want to deal with damage.The video quality is very clear, both during the day and at night. Battery life has been solid so far—I’ve had it running for a 2 days now and it’s still on 100%. Overall, this camera is a great value for the price and gives me peace of mind without a complicated setup.Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the AMTIFO wireless, outdoor magnetic camera (Model CG9), and I am completely unsatisfied with it. The so-called magnetic mount is trash. The black magnet glued to the back of the plastic mount is weak on its own, and it doesn't completely cover the back. If you add the weight of the camera, it will crash to the floor/ground. With a separately purchased mount, perhaps you could make it work.I tried to use this camera outside. In my case, it gets a medium strength signal about 25 feet from the wifi router. Any further out than that, the signal begins to weaken. 25ft away from the router is not the desired location for the camera. I need it further away than that. This issue makes the camera useless for outside.The Vicohome app is slow to load and display live footage. However, I was able to select the length of videos stored locally on the memory card.I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this amtifo CG9 wireless outdoor camera to anyone.

I have this set up for checking on my puppy in her pen whilst I am at work. The camera clarity is excellent for the price, the battery life is great, and the magnetic design is very functional for removing the camera to charge! I love that even when I’m not viewing the camera, the motion detection will pick up on the puppy’s movements and I can go back and see what she was up to all day when I was away! I can even upload the videos to our dog’s TikTok when it catches her doing something adorable and/or silly.

Camera works great, my biggest problem is not with the equipment but rather the software. It has a slight delay (about 2-3 seconds), and if you you want to record anything past 10 seconds, you must subscribe to their paid service.

This camera is easy to use right out of the box to keep an eye on things around the house. The app that allows you to monitor the camera on your cell phone is simple to use and can be set to let you know when there is movement in an area. It's the same app I've been using to monitor another camera, which shows that you can easily monitor multiple cameras at the same time. Battery life is much better than expected so only occasional recharging will be required. Cloud storage is available though I use it with a micro sd card which is not included.
