Works out of the box with Samsung Galaxy Tablet via bluetooth for emulation
I bought this device in January of 2019 primarily for emulation on my android tablet. I have used it many times on plane and road trips as well as down time at home when I need to relax. Here are my Pros and Cons:Cons (minor):- The d-pad is a bit blocky and sharp for my thumbs which requires some getting used to (joysticks are excellent)- The buttons can be a bit loud- has kind of a cheap feel to it, but once a device is connected (tablet or phone) the weight feels perfect. (Note This may be less of a con and more of a design choice so that the actual controller feels lighter with a device attached.)Pros (Lots!):- Price point - This controller is simply worth the price for android tablet or mobile emulation, providing many options to how you want to play, even with multiple people.- Ease of use - Zero trouble connecting via bluetooth- Responsiveness - Works with zero delay on android games and emulators I use- Durability - I've had this for almost a year traveling in backpacks and nothing has broken.- Charge - No batteries required! I've had this for almost a year and only needed to charge it one time via usb cable. It was fully charged fast.- Grip + Functionality - This device holds my 10 inch android tablet in place surprisingly well. Once I have strapped on the tablet I can literally move the device all around even upside down and it doesn't slip out at all. It holds devices very firmly and securely, even with one hand.- Visual appeal - whenever I take this out at an airport or visiting friends / family, people are curious enough to ask me what the controller is and how it works.- Orientation options - I like that I can switch orientation of my device from portrait to landscape depending on what I want to play without ever fearing the device will fall off. If I can to play with two players, I can just set my tablet up on a table and use the controller as is without anything attached to it.My Final verdict: 9/10 - Over-all I'm very pleased with this controller. When it comes to feel alone, If I had to choose a controller that I love to use with android tablet, it would be the xbox one controller, but it doesn't give me the ability to truly make my android experience mobile where I can lay down and play. For this reason I the draw backs of button feel are worth it (Note: this is my personal preference). Also, please note that I do not use this device for the Nintendo switch, so I cannot comment on these aspects of the device, but if you looking for a great Bluetooth controller to connect your tablet or phone for android gameplay or emulation on the go, this baby works like a charm! If you are very specific with how you want buttons to feel when playing, I don't know if you will be 100% convinced but from my experience you can just get used to it.

Game changer (literally) Syke
UPDATE: Well that was fast, two uses and it's toast too bad was fun as all heck while it lasted! An absolute game changer, tested on a pixel phone and a Galaxy Tab S6 which is 10" and fit perfectly even with a unicorn beetle case on it. Tried with Xbox, PS5, Steam and my own roms and it all worked flawlessly. If you find your buttons aren't working correctly out of the box on the left side of the controller there is a switch with 4 settings. Windows, IOS and 2 different android settings switching between them is easy and immediate. I'm going to buy more for Christmas presents!

Decent controller with a few quirks
I'm not usually one to think much of somewhat obscure bluetooth controllers, but this one isn't that bad all things considered. I predominantly got it for use with my Galaxy Note 9 phone for playing emulators, and it does its job in that regard excelently, though better instructions would have been nice. It took me awhile to figure out that there was a switch on the left handle that changes the controller's mode, but since then it's been pretty nice. The analog sticks and buttons all feel good and solid, and for someone like me that plays a lot of fighting games, the d-pad is as solid and responsive as you could want a controller to have. For the most part. I am rather pleased. On the down side though, it does have some quirks, particularly in the button layout. While the controller's key feature is Nintendo Switch compatibility, it sports the Xbox's button layout (Y-X, A-B buttons swapped) with no way for the controller itself to change the mapping. It would have made sense if the buttons were mapped to reflect their proper POSITION in Switch mode instead of leaving the buttons mapped to the corresponding button letters. The only other quirk is that it comes with 2 rubbery plastic strips that are supposed to fit in the Switch's side grooves to allow for a better grip. While it does its job well, having to rely on 2 little strips that could get easily lost is not a good design in the slightest.I'm not too fond of the WII-U like positioning of the right analog stick above the buttons, which once again was on odd choice given the Switch mode. Maybe they were going for symmetrical design rather than better function? I don't know. Also When using it with the Note 9 the controller covers up the ends of the phone, coving one of the stereo speakers, the usb-C port, and the headphone jack. The speaker still comes through "ok" but not great, but if you want to use headphones you'll need a bluetooth solution.Overall like I said, it has a few quirks, but it's a good solid controller, and you could certainly spend your money on worse. If you're planning on using it with a device much smaller than a note 9, I'd recommend looking into a smaller model, but for larger phones and tablets, I'd recommend it.P.S. I don't play "phone games" so I couldn't tell you how it handles with games designed to primarily be used on a touch screen. But then again if you're using your device's touch screen as the primary controls, why do you need buttons?

Great controller for the pricepoint.
I want to be clear right off the bat: I'm giving this 5 stars only because of how inexpensive this thing. It's NOT perfect, by any means. But, considering that there aren't really any high-quality name brands that make these kinds of mobile controllers, I don't know if I could really ask for more for the price.First thing to know is that the analog sticks, particularly the left one, are pretty loose. It clearly takes some practice to get use to it, so keep that in mind if you're going to be playing something competitive.Second, read the instructions and be sure to note the modes on the side. You may have to test each mode to see which one will give you the best layout with your device. We have multiple tablets/phones that use it and we have to use different modes depending on which device we're using.Otherwise, I had no issue connecting it to any of our devices. So far the battery life has been great. It seems durable unless you're someone who really beats up their stuff. (Although I'll come back to this review if it wears out too fast.)Overall, great little controller.
