My teenage daughter was struggling with BV since she was 14 yrs old. We were back and forth to the gyno trying to figure out what could help her. We tried baby soap, no soap, boric acid suppositories, ph balanced soaps, switched detergents, only cotton undies, oversized nightgown and all natural at bed time, and not to be graphic or over share but it was so bad that I had to put a mattress protector on her bed because the bv was getting so bad. She didn't want to leave the house. We all have wondered about our smell, she was very worried that she smelled badly. She never did but SHE could tell that something wasn't right with herself. She even became depressed. It is extremely difficult to be a teenager in this world full of beauty standards, makeup tutorials and videos in her phone all day of what the perfect woman is. I tried to encourage her and let her know that many women struggle with bv. But I still wanted to find something that helped her. Then we came across this probiotic. After a few days she noticed a difference. As the one who washes her laundry, I did too. It has now been 4 months of no BV. No odor, no discharge. She asked me to take her to buy a swimming suit. Last summer she wouldn't even go swimming (it is her favorite thing to do in the summer.) Having my daughter back is amazing. She went shopping with her friends for the first time in 8 months! This probiotic was literally a life saver.She does also use boric acid suppositories every day for a week after her period and uses white Dove bar soap (the blue and white box). I started following this routine and I can say I even notice a difference in my body. I am premenapausal and I had been dryer than normal, until now. I am maintaining a healthier weight as well. I DO recommend eating a snack beforehand to avoid an upset stomach; my daughter seems to feel good afterwards, but I get a bit of nausea. Quality control is good as well. =)

Love the product , great quality

These are okay, seem to work like any other decent probiotic. However I take off two stars, because 1) they are HUGE & you have to take two at a time. And 2) I have noticed after about 2 weeks of taking them that I am urinating way more frequently than normal. I don’t like having to use the bathroom every 20 minutes, especially if I am at work. Two positive takeaways are: they are a good price point & they don’t smell weird or taste bad like a lot of probiotics do.

Reasonable price and did the job. I felt relief immediately from bloating. I love gut health products and this does the job.

These gave me such bad diarrhea. Like TMI I know but thought I should warn everyone else. Stay away 😭😭😭😭
