This is an awesome alarm clock. Instruction manual should be added.
Read this before buying (or returning) ! I was on the verge of returning this alarm clock because its instructions are not clear. Initially it was on silent mode and I was unable to change the sound. I then removed and reinserted the battery and it's sound was restored. I later figuredout that to change the volume you have to go to clock mode. Then press the clear/flash button to adjust the volume.This is actually a good alarm. Perfectly loud sound that one can't miss. Adding an instructions manual would help new users.

Good design, but mode button not working correctly
Good design but seems I got a defective piece. The countdown timer option was not available unless I reinserted the battery .. seems there was a defect with the mode button or software. Also no instructions were provided in the box or on the amazon product page. Returning it.

Display, function, manual
The cover over the display is torned a bit,you can refer the picture I posted for that. Everything else is working fine.The manual given with it, isn't easy to understand.You'll have to figure it out, how it works.

Cute and handy timer
This is a cute digital clock, alarm, and kitchen timer all in one. It operates on 2 AAA batteries. The beeper sound is pretty loud. However, if the clock needs to be used in silent mode (such as in libraries), there is a flashlight at the top right corner of the clock, which blinks to indicate that time is up. Overall it is good for study and kitchen use. There is a magnet at the back of the clock, intended to be used on the fridge, but it is not very strong. It has a small stand that can be used to make the clock sit upright. It can be taken anywhere due to its small and handy size. I loved this purchase, would totally recommend going for it.
