Faulty-Used product sent
I have recieved a used product. The sound is barely audible!!!! And both mics are not working at all also I have seen people with one blue and one black mic based, the one I recieved are both black . This also does not look like an original product.One of the mics was lying open in the box, the thermocol packing inside was broken, the box also had a taping, which indicated that someone had used and repacked it later. It's a waste of money. I have put a refund request .The product should have been tested ,since it is an expensive purchase and when people make a payment, it is to make use of the product and simply not keep returning products and claim a refund. Highly disappointed!
