My cognition, motivation and focus improved within an hour of taking this. I'm usually skeptical of bold claims but I had heard a lot about Phosphatidylserine and Mag-Threonate. I have not tried PS by itself yet but this combination was mind-blowing. I never expected to feel anxiety-free and yet focused the entire day.Note: I took 2 tablets in the AM instead of 1 tablet b.i.d.This is just the first day itself. I will update this review in a week's time. If the benefits continue, then I will gladly purchase it again.Update: After almost finishing the box, I can say that the same effect I had on the first day, did not noticeably repeat itself the next day. This could be because I had already become calmer. I still had trouble focusing every now and then but this supplement did make quite a positive impact. I will likely buy this again. Despite the cost, I feel it is worth it.In the interim period, I finally had a chance to try Phosphatidylserine by itself, in the form of Liposerin (from Apollo Pharmacy). The effects on my cognitive faculties and memory were far superior at that dosage (200mg of PS) but the relaxed feeling was missing.Long story short, the combination of Magnesium Threonate + Phosphatidylserine works wonders. My only wish is that the manufacturer increases the amount of PS to 100mg instead of 50mg.Final Update: I have purchased my 5th box already, as I am sharing this with my family member. It works so well and it has worked better than any other nootropic formula that I have tried in our domestic (Indian) market. Reliable, consistent and very well formulated. I don't usually tell me people what to take or what not to take with certain exceptions like this. Give this product a try. You won't regret it!
