I never put products like this directly on my dog...I always choose organic and natural remedies, but this year, fleas from outer space must have invaded my yard!! Nothing natural or chemical was working, and finally I had to break down and spray them with this. I bought it because it kills the eggs too. Based on other reviews that said it stinks (and they would be correct) I put on rubber gloves and took the dogs outside to spray. Thank goodness I did because this stuff is really strong smelling!! I tried my best to keep it far away from their faces, and sprayed it on a paper towel to apply around their ears and on their chests, then brushed it through really well. Within minutes, they relaxed and quit scratching ---- finally after weeks of fighting these fleas! It took a few applications, and I'll admit I put it on a little sooner than directed, but lightly, and it was the key to finally breaking the flea cycle that took over my life and their's all summer and fall!! I would recommend it because it works, but wow the smell IS JUST AWFUL!!! It settles down after it dries. I would give the product 5 star, but the bad smell brought my rating down a tad.

Excellent product it’s effective and does its job. My dog had a few fleas after his walk, we applied the spray and the fleas died instantly.

Smells strange but does the job

I HATE fleas. I also hate overly expensive and ineffective flea solutions. Luckily, neither is a problem here. Adam’s is cost effective and it works.

Pet bedding flea and tick maintenance, carpet use only.I used it on my boys legs and near their rumps for a little while, but I hate with a passion these chemicals on my loved ones, I mean, we may as well spray it on ourselves if it is so safe for them! Yeah? No!! So I stopped using it on them.Bedding and floor use only, anywhere they chill, play, or laydown gets a monthly or every two month maintenance spray. Lightly, nothing wet. Smells until fully dried. Works to keep fleas and ticks out of sight, but my pets also wear a seresto and get their monthly heartworm prevention.
