Great customer support.The monitor had a dirt inside and they shipped a new monitor right away.The product is a good one too.

Power plug for lighter plug unit is extremely cheap and must make a certain click noise to be properly inserted. Major downside is how many times I have had to connect to the internet again to activate. If you have any problems, just keep restarting the device until they're solved, and don't do anything until it's fully booted and loaded and has done its automatic processes. I wish cameras were off higher image quality but what I have works great.

Connected the CAM and no image. I can see a bunch of stripes instead. This applies to all cameras and all connectors. none of the CAM will provide a picture.UPDATE:SEVENTOUR contacted me in a timely manner and helped to resolve most of the issues. I have to say this company is very helpful and, with the exception of the screen mount I would certainly recommend this product. I am looking for a tablet mount to replace the stock mount. The image quality is fantastic. I wish there is more detailed information on the features and setup, but I believe this will be improved in the future. The support rep is very cooperative and helpful.UPDATE:The support from this company is awesome.UPDATE:I have to sat this again ONE YEAR LATER. The support from SEVENTOUR is one of the best I have ever experienced for the AMAZON purchased product. I stronly recomment this company ! ;-)

I recently installed this camera system on my utility trailer, I’m am satisfied with its performance to date.Pros:-Clear Image Quality: The images from the cameras are crisp and clear, allowing me to see everything with great detail.-Good Screen Size: The display is a decent size, making it easy to monitor multiple cameras at once without straining my eyes.-Ease of Installation: Setting up the system was straightforward, and I had no issues hiding the wires during installation.-Flexible Camera Placement: I’m currently using four out of the six cameras. I installed two on the rear corners and one on each side of the trailer’s nose, providing excellent coverage.Cons:-Unused Cameras: While I have four cameras in use, I haven't yet tried the remaining two, so I can't comment on their performance.-Limited Use Experience: Since I’ve only had the system for a short time, I’m still assessing its long-term reliability and performance.In summary, this camera system has proven to be a solid investment for my trailer. I’m pleased with its features and functionality, making it a worthwhile addition to my setup!

The media could not be loaded. Nice to be able to have eyes on what’s going on. Cameras aren’t very durable. Two of five have already died in three months use. Can’t find replacement cameras without having to buy the entire system again

Reviewing 6-Channel Dash Cam 1080P Backup Camera System, We have an RV that we use several times a year. It is not easy to maneuver in and out of campsites, parking lots, the storage facility, etc. We ordered this to help. Not only a backup camera, but a dashcam.Seventour is a good brand with a solid reputation, so we had no hesitation with this set. It was easy to install but I do wish the camera’s operated wirelessly. I understand that would make it less secure though.As a bonus, you can connect it to wifi and use it as a tablet, so to speak. We used the adhesive to stick it to the dash and it is holding fine. We use Apple carplay and it works seamlessly. We send/receive calls from it, listen to music, watch videos, etc. We’ve also listened to local radio stations and local weather stations while traveling. It comes with a 64GB microSD card, but you can use a larger one if you need for more apps. Overall, we’re very happy with this camera and the quality is amazing.
