updated review:5/13/25the seller reached out to me after seeing my review (i wasn’t upset enough to reach out to them prior to my review). they were so quick to do whatever possible to fix the issue. in my case it was a replacement projector. the replacement presents with no issues. no foreign specks. super crisp image. excellent. i will continue recommending this projector to people.original review:5/6/25I ordered this projector and loved it. However, within a few days of using it (maybe 10 hours total), some spots appeared that wouldn't go away when the dust filter was cleaned or when the image was in focus. I figured it was a fluke. Ordered another, returning the first. The second had a very large spot (looks like a bug leg to me) that I was unable to resolve. Again, loving this projector, rather than return I got a replacement. It has been amazing. Until I started to notice that at some point after watching Netflix for a bit, the focus goes out. It really sucks me out of some really good movies. Quite frustrating. I should note that I have only had this projector for just over a month.Maybe you'll get lucky. Maybe you won't be as bothered as I am.If you purchase this, I wish you the best of luck.

Took a chance on this being a less expensive projector so my expectations were pretty low but I can safely say it fare exceeds my needs. Using it for patio night movies with the kids and friends and it’s perfect. Brightness is good, picture quality is more than decent ( comparable to my nebula capsule 3), and the auto picture correct works well. All of the manual functions are intuitive and easy to use.

***update*** They reached out made it right with me and sent a free replacement working perfectly fine too! Update star rating based on how quickly they wanted to make sure I was taken care ofProjector was okay had some issues sometimes with adjusting the screen but overall was okay until today I purchased this device on march 14, and two months to the day it crashed out and pulp burnt out

The product is very good with two hdmi and usb ports. Also has a browser to download apps

The media could not be loaded. Updating my review from 3 to a 4 because they have great customer service.Their CS is extremely responsive! They made sure to get back to me without the need for me to follow up on my email about an issue logging in to Disney+I would have given this projector a 5 if I am able to download HBO MAX and if it doesn't heat up so fast. I hope the latter doesn't become a problem in the future.Overall, I'm happy with this projector. My photo and video don't give justice coz it's definitely better in person. I watched Netflix in broad daylight and the diaplay wasimpressive even if my room wasn't putch dark.It was relatively easy to operate. I just plugged it in and it connected to my wifi as soon as I put in my passwordAuto correction works well tooSound is loud enough but would do better a with soundbar. Nonetheless, it's still goodIt works in small spaces without the need to move the projector away from the screenCons:It heats up pretty fast. I hope the internal fan is enough to cool it offI cannot download or log in Max and Disney+. I cleared history and cache; turned it off and on, but I still can't download HBO Max. The prompt says it's unsupportedI am unable to log in Disney+ despite it being in "My Apps". It keeps saying I need to connect to the internet even when it's already connected or that there's unusual traffic on my account.I will continue to explore its features. The only reason I got this projector is its claim that it has access to a million apps. I'm giving it a 3-star for now because I'm unable to do so. Will update if and when I'm able to get a solution about this.

Everything seem OK so far Easy setup it guides step by step when we fire it up ,picture good, sets at the angle and sounds good

UPDATE THIS COMPANY HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND EVEN SEND ME A NEW UNIT FREE OF CHARGE AND AN ANDROID BOX. I HAD A HECK OF A TIME WITH THE FIRST ONE. SO I CAN'T CONNECT A PHONE WITH THIS, NO IPHONE OR NO ANDROID. I WAS ABLE TO DOWNLOAD SOME APS AND THE REMOTE HAD AMAZON, NETFLIX AND YOU TUBE. SO THAT HELPED . I TRIED TO ATTACH THE ANROID BOX WAS ABLE TO UPDATE IT AND ADD PROGRAMS, EASY HOW EVER WHEN I TRIED TO PLAY NO SOUND COMES OUT OF IT OR THE BOX, CHECKED SOUND ON BOTH THE PROJECTOR AND THE BOX. HAVE NO CLUE WHY AND NO ITS NOT ON MUTE. IN THE HDMI AND IT DIDNT EVEN HAVE SOUND. ALSO, THE SOUND YOU CAN'T TURN UP TO WELL, SO I YOU PLAN ON USING, YOU NEED TO BE CLOSE. I ALSO TRIED A BLUETOOTH BOSE WIRELESS SPEAKER, IT WILL CONNECT, BUT I CAN'T GET THE SOUND AS LOUD AS I CAN ON THE COMPUTER AND MY PHONES. NOT SURE WHY, I TRIED TO TURN UP BOTH VOLUMES. I SPEND OVER 100 ON THAT SPEAKER. ANOTHER IRRITATION IS IF YOU HAVE TO ADJUST THE SCREEN MEASUREMENTS EVERY TIME YOU TURN IT ON. THATS AN ISSUE, NOT SURE WHY IT WONT STAY PERMANENT. THE MACHINE STAYS IN THE SAME SPOT , SO IT NEVER CHANGES . I DO LIKE THE MACHINE AND THEY ARE THE BEST SUPPORT EVER. AGAIN, I LIKE A BETTER SOUND, I WOULD LIKE TO USE THE USB PORTS, CONNECT MY PHONES, SO WHEN I TRAVEL I CAN USE THEM TO STREAM AND WONT NEED TO TAKE UP PLUGS AND I DONT LIKE ADJUSTING THE SCREEN EVERYTIME I TURN IT OFF.
