Cyberpunk 2077 on the switch 2 is fantastic
This game runs fantastic on the switch 2 I haven’t had any issues with it so far the only issues I have seem to be driving around in handheld mode sometimes I’ll get some frame drops. It seems in certain areas when I’m driving around, but otherwise it plays great. They added in a mouse controls and motion controls, and all that is a lot of fun. I have mainly been playing it with the pro controller. I have not gotten to the DLC so I don’t know how it plays at that point. I have heard that the framer isn’t as stable supposedly but there’s also a lot more going on in the environment. There’s a lot more particles and all sorts of stuff I keep seeing a lot of people they don’t even have a switch say that this game looks terrible. It really doesn’t and something to keep in mind that is coming from somebody that does not have a super high-end PC, but my graphics card still cost more alone than what to switch 2 cost I have a PlayStation five as well and I mainly play PC and I think this game looks beautiful both and handheld mode and when you have it docked to a TV I currently have a dock to my 27 inch ROG 1440 P mini LED monitor through the HDMI cable that came with the console and I have absolutely zero complaints. I am also mainly playing it in performance mode now something to be noted is in the settings. There is graphics mode for handheld and TV and if you try and do performance mode in TV, it says the requirements are your TV must have a high refrigerate 120 Hz/HFR if not, this mode will not be supported and will be grayed out You also have the option in the settings to play with the HDR settings by pushing down on the left joystick that will bring up your HDR settings. You can adjust the maximum brightness tone mapping mint point paper white HDR 10 PQ saturation I have not personally played with any of that also earlier I did not mention this is also a fully HDR 10 monitor. I definitely have to say this game gates way too much hate on the switch honestly is already getting too much in general for what you’re getting out of this game on this console it is definitely a great way to play it. I never finish the game. I plan on finishing it if need be I will add an update later down the road to this review and I will date it when I add in the edit but as of now I’m about five hours into it. I was waiting on my pro controller to show up and it didn’t get delivered when it was supposed to so currently as of Saturday I’m about five hours into it after lunch.

One of the best launch titles that show the potential for the NS2!
While yes, the game is close to five years old, it is still a fun, intense, and engaging FPS-RPG, and I am glad to see Nintendo fans being able to experience this game for the first time. For those who love rpg's and fps's that combine the best of both worlds, you should have a blast. You have choices in how the game begins and ends as well as choices in how you tackle both the gigs and hostile psychopaths you'll face. Hell, you can even become a psychopathic Edgerunner yourself!I also feel it's definitely worth the price to have the ability to play the game portability for those who already have, or plan to have, the Switch 2.The lovely cherry on top is the ability to use CDPR's cross save system. You can transfer a Ps4/Xbox One[x] save file to the NS2!Just make sure the game is updated to the latest version[1.6 I believe?] on the prior consoles AND create a new manual save while logged into/online with your CDPR account. That exact, same, CDPR account must be logged into on both consoles. You can log into CDPR with a specific CDPR account, or an account attached to the Sony Ps4/MS Xbox. The same also applies to a PC. And saves can cross back and forth however many times you want. AAnd certain mods/pc cheats can also transfer...as long as whatever is in that save *is possible* to acquire on the NS2/console games! Go ahead and send that 999 million eddies and all the unlocked weapons/clothing you somehow acquired on the PC to your NS2!And finally, the new control features on the NS2 are great additions as well: mouse (joycon) control, gyro, and touchscreen (in portable mode of course).Whether you are jumping into Night City for the first time or returning, you are in for a quite the ride! :-)

Best portable version easily
This game is mind blowing and I can’t believe it looks this good and runs this good on switch 2. Well I can now after seeing switch version uses all the ps5 and series x textures. It blows the series S version out the water. Gameplay is incredible and the story is great as well. Having a blast with this game. So glad I Re bought this on switch2. I had to see it to belive it and this game alone justified my switch 2 purchase. Looking forward to the future of Nintendo. If you were interested in cyberpunk at all then grab it. Playing in handheld is so smooth and looks so dang good it’s unreal. So far the best performance for a handheld system to date for this game.(my steam deck struggles but that things going bye bye soon anyway) Highly recommend switch 2 and cyberpunk. 100%

A technical achievement that should be appreciated
Didn’t think I needed this game at first since I already had it on PC and I have a steam deck, but the switch performance is vastly improved due to it being able to use the NVIDIA DLSS. All of the content being on the cartridge is a massive positive and an unfortunate rarity thus far this generation so I feel great in buying this game and supporting it again. If you bought this game and only played it on PS4 or XBONE definitely give it a shot on here even if you have it there, it has cross-progression and plays great in handheld and docked version. As a mouse and keyboard player the motion controls for fine tuning really help when aiming.
