Beautiful tree. Just the right size

I was nervous to buy a Christmas tree on Amazon, but this did not disappoint. Easy assembly and take down. The lights were a nice, soft yellow, not too bright and not too dark. They lasted the whole time I had It up. I was able to put this tree up and take It down without assistance from another person.

Just set it up. Still need to fluff and arrange branches before decorating. Loved that it came with lights already on. However, there were a couple places that didn’t have much lights. All in all it was pretty simple to assemble. It didn’t come with directions. But I watched a video about setting it up. The only thing I do not care for is that it looks fuller on the top portion of the tree, more than the bigger lower part. I plan to spend a little more time adjusting branches. Hopefully that will help. Other than that, I love the tree. It’s the perfect size. Not too big, not too small. I also like the stand and how easy it is to put together. Great tree at a reasonable price. Especially since I will have for many years. I definitely recommend this tree.

I have to preface this by saying that I have not posted a negative review for any product. This is my first...We purchased this tree in October 2013 and put it up after Thanksgiving. It really is a beautiful tree, so it was extremely disappointing when 3 entire sections of lights went out a few days before we took it down -- the weekend after the New Year holiday. We only turned the tree on in the evening--it was not on 24x7.My husband tried to replace the fuse, but that did not seem to work. In addition, there were not nearly enough replacement bulbs included in the box for us to replace all the bulbs that burned out.The tree was under warranty, so I was able to send it back for repair. However, customer service leaves something to be desired. They were slow to respond, so the process was a lengthy one; one of the reps was rude and never followed up as she indicated she would. I had to continue to call and leave several messages and emails. When I finally spoke with someone who could coordinate the Fed Ex pickup (to send the tree back for repair), they never followed through and failed to contact Fed Ex. I had lugged that tree out to the porch by myself and then when no one picked it up, I had to drag it back into the house. Long story short, one more week lapsed before I could have the tree picked up.We got the tree back in the spring and did not take it out of the box to test it since we were getting ready for a move across country. I was surprised when we put it up after Thanksgiving that it worked...but only for 2 days. Then the entire top section of lights went out.I reached to customer service to advise them of a defective tree. It lasted one Christmas season with minimal use. Customer service did not even respond to my emails or calls.~ So Disappointed

The tree itself is a perfect small size tree for smaller spaces. At 4.5 ft it is too short to stand on the floor but great on a table. Easy to assemble. Branches fluff out easily. Then comes the fun..plug it in and all the lights work. On the day we put it into place to decorate....sure enough 50 bulbs stopped working. A great way to start Christmas with your new pre-lit tree that the lights did not make three times on and off. I have lights from the dollar stores that have lasted three years and they are on 365 days a year. Then I tried the tree topper. It was humerous as it just fell over. To fix that I put two kabob sticks wrapped in green and twist ties them to the pole and the top.branch. I did try flattening it to get the tree topper down to the solid pole but it looked like someone had cut the top of the tree off so went to plan B that worked.Today is a Saturday and I will try calling the company about the lights but there is no replacement option on Amazon and trees are selling out. It is unfortunate that day one we are loosing lights. For the time being I have stuck to short strings on the dead part and the first thing from my wife...those are white wire that is not acceptable. She is correct.

Excellent tree with branches that can hold some heavy ornaments. Surprisingly it even held my animated Angel topper which is quite impressive as she is 11 inches tall. Very stable base also. Works great on a small table if extra height is wanted. The lights it comes with are nice but only white, so I also used another set of lights on it. For a 4 1/2 foot tree, this happily exceeded my expectations.
