Might KILL you. Do not buy these!
Do NOT buy these. There is some other ingredient in there that has made me feel like I'm having a heart attack although I stripped off the patch after 30 min. The feeling is not subsiding and it's scaring the crud out of me. I also wiped my arm with a wet rag after I removed the patch. They should be sued for non disclosure!!!

Might leave a mark
It delivered the vitamins, but when I left it on overnight, as I do with other patches, it left a red mark. I thought it may have been due to the stickiness of these patches, which is more than I'm used to, so I soaked it the next time. Another red mark.

They are especially good if you have a B12 deficiency since you just apply the patches and leave them on for 8 to 10 hours and let them gradually release the vitamin into you system through these skin patches! Great invention! Plus, they are lightweight so they are easier to transport when traveling rather than taking bottles of capsules!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Have not noticed ANY difference with these. Can't even tell if they work. I would not repurchase these tiny patches again.
