Veru Wellness D3/K2 Essential Patch - Bariatric Support D3 K2 (60 Patch)

My endocrinologist recommended I get my vitamin D through patches as I am awful at taking pills. I clean the area with alcohol, wait a few seconds to let it dry and then stick on the patch. It stays put until I take it off, without pulling or irritation. I don’t know how effective it is until my next lab work but if my levels improve, I’m going to get a subscription because this is easy.

I am very low on Vitamin D and these work !! Most of them stay on as needed . Love them

Worked well for a few days. I changed patches daily. I moved my patch from my forearm to the inside of my arm to be more discrete, then I broke out in hives under the patch. I will move my next patch to my forearm and update my review.Update: I put the next patch on the front of my forearm and no more hives. I have determined that it may be best to place the patch on less delicate skin. Area under patch got a little itchy after 8-10 hours, and I removed the patch. I figured that was enough to get the dose anyways.

I was taking Pioneer chewable D3/K2 which I loved, but they were out of stock everywhere. I ran out and had yearly general blood panel done which showed that my level was low at 28. I have very sensitive skin (I can't wear bandaids without a reaction), so, I was concerned but based on other's reviews about them being OK for sensitive skin, I decided to give them a try. I put one patch on at night before bed for 5 nights every week, would wear it all night (stayed on just fine) and would remove in the morning (without any skin irritation!) because I wanted to see how my body would react. After the first couple of weeks, I could tell, on the nights that I didn't put one on before bed, that I felt more joint pain and wasn't as energetic. My doctor ordered the lab work to retest and my level came in at 48 after 3 months of using this patch! They work for me! My doctor said to continue with the patches nightly and we will recheck again in 3 months. So glad that these work so well - I much prefer using a patch than taking capsules or chewables. I'm now going to try other products from this company.

the MCG amounts for both of these vitamins are in the toxic levels.. go ahead and Google it.. I have reached out to this company to ask about it.. with no response from the company. Compared it to other vitamin patches from different companies and the mcgs are between 100 and 200.. not 12,000 and 1,000. buyer beware..!!

As long as I put them on without lotion, they stay on all day.
