Good product - great service

Don't waste your money!
This does not work!! Waste of money. Tried numerous things but will not provide broad coverage service. In my home, it had to be right next to the TV but then wasn't powerful enough to do anything else. Just needed it to run a tv in one room and a laptop in another.

Good value
Works well. I use this because I am always needing multiple devices connected to the internet, I constantly utilize the phone’s hot spot and I got tired of struggling to have a good signal on all of my devices. This is a reasonably priced solution, can connect up to 15 devices at once.

Great working device
I bought three devices before this one. This works like a charm from the get go. You only need cellular SIM card not prepaid. Does what it says it does. Easy assembly and hook up and uses.

DO NOT BUY THIS AT ALL
I had it only 4 months and it's stuck on HELLO. That's it. There is NO reset button. There is nothing you can do but buy another one. I am so fed up with the company. They are the worst. It's the COMPANY that makes them that is absolutly HORRIBLE. THEY should BE BANNED

Not impressed!
I almost returned it because I couldn't get it to charge, like others mentioned. After playing around, I realized it's the plug that didn't work. It still takes a bit to charge all the way, and it looses the charge quickly. I was disappointed that at times I would plug it in and it would start charging then after a couple hours it quit charging and was loosing the charge. The wi-fi is slower than when I used my phone as my hot spot, I'm thinking about ditching this and going back to having the hotspot from my phone - might be more expensive, but the reliability would be worth it.
