if you did not purchase your phone in the US, be careful.
If you purchased a foreign mobile phone that is banned from sale in the US, it will highly likely not work with any of the US carriers. Otherwise this SIM should work for you. The customer service is great in that it is willing to help you troubleshoot this issue.

NOPE I Can't Use it!
I purchased a plan to activate the SIM card and wasn't able to change the APN code. My MIFI hotspot was not compatible with any listed and I couldn't connect to the internet. A few days later I get a notice asking me to buy more air credits! REALLY?!?! Customer assistance was a joke!

Great value, great service, excellent coverage
I purchased the sim for use with an unlocked Orbic wi-fi hotspot. Works amazing, easy to use, easy to set up, excellent value for money, since you can get a plan that is data-only for much less than you'll see with other providers. I have a hotspot on my phone, but since it's tied to T-Mobile, there have been some cases where having this plan has kept me online when I would otherwise be in a cellular dead zone.

Good enough for now.
I'm giving this 4 stars for now. It is currently working in a rural part of Florida. It has switched between AT&T and T-Mobile so far. The subscription cost is about $3 per month cheaper than the SIM card my camera came with. The signal isn't great, but neither is it with my phone using T-Mobile. I'm curious as to why it hasn't switched to Verizon yet. I'll revisit this review in time, and after I try an external antenna.

No issues at all.
Easy to install. No issues with use or billing. I needed a data only card for my point of sale device. I like that I could chose the amount of gigs I needed for my business.

Shop elsewhere.
I've yet to get one single second of data out of it and the only customer support you are going to get is via email. No phone number. They have a chat built into their app, but it's just a robot.

Deal with real people, and get fast responses. Service works in low bandwidth areas.
Spectrum Sim was easy to deal with, their customer response was quick and helpful (and not a bot), and I have service to my cameras in a really poor service area.
